Instinct followed experience and expertise knowledge, making massage a more natural and effective drug-free method of treatment and rehabilitation of various organic and musculoskeletal diseases while promoting wellness and maintaining health.
The main goal of massage therapy is to achieve a smooth flow of vital energy in order for man to enjoy the maximum potential, while experiencing the harmony at all levels of existence, spirit, soul and body.
1st week end: introductory seminar

- Introduction to anatomy, physiology and pathology of the musculoskeletal system.
- Basic concepts of massage therapy.
- Indications and therapeutic results.
- Basic massage techniques (Swedish massage)
- Practical application throughout the body.
- Introduction to aromatherapy.
- Recipes and use of therapeutic oils.
2nd week end: massage therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine
COURSE CONTENT
- Yin – Yang, 8 principles theories.
- Anatomy and Meridian Theory.
- Key acupuncture points and trigger points.
- Techniques to stimulate and spread the energy.
- Massage techniques with the use of cups and gua sha.
- Tuina (Chinese massage) and Shiatsu (Japanese method) techniques.
- Deep massage techniques.
- Practical application throughout the body.
3rd week end: specialized massage therapy
COURSE CONTENT
- Theory of pain and nervous system.
- Specialized techniques to address local pain.
- Introduction to reflective healing.
- Practical application of reflective treatment.
- Stretching exercises for the upper and lower extremities.
- Exercises to strengthen the therapists’ hands
The seminar takes place twice every year
